Do I need a subscription to get help in a crisis?

No. Safety tools, Red Mode, crisis resources, safety planning, and trusted contacts are never paywalled. They are always available on the free plan, with no account required.

Can I use Trana without creating an account?

Yes. Guest mode provides limited access to the free plan features without requiring an account. Your data is saved locally on your device in guest mode. Create a free account to keep your history and access sync.

Is my data sold or used for advertising?

No. Trana does not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for behavioural targeting. Your wellbeing data is treated as sensitive personal information.

Are my journal entries and conversations private?

Yes. Journal entries and AI conversations are private — visible only to you. They are not used to train external AI foundation models. You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time.

How does Trana Plus pricing work?

Trana Plus is a subscription managed through your Apple ID. Apple shows the current price, trial eligibility, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation steps before you confirm. Prices may vary by country, currency, and offer eligibility — always check the App Store before purchasing.

Is there a free trial for Trana Plus?

Apple's purchase sheet will show trial eligibility before you confirm. Trial availability may vary by region and Apple account settings. We cannot guarantee trial availability for every user.

How do I cancel Trana Plus?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, go to Subscriptions, and select Trana to manage or cancel. You can also cancel through the App Store.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Data export and account deletion are available in the Profile section of the app, under Settings. Most actions do not require contacting support — you can do them yourself at any time.

Is Trana a therapy app?

No. Trana is wellbeing support, not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical intervention. It is designed to lower the effort needed to take one calmer next step — not to replace professional mental health care.

What platforms is Trana on?

Trana is currently available on iPhone via the Apple App Store. An Android version is not currently available.

Who processes the payment?

Apple processes all iOS subscription payments through your Apple ID. Trana does not store your payment details.

Apple shows the current price, trial eligibility, renewal frequency, and total before you confirm. Always check this screen before agreeing.

Where do I cancel?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Trana. You can also cancel directly in the App Store or via Apple's subscription management page.
